that they would expect, we place emphasis upon our internal quality
standards and reviews. Our quality management approach covers a number
of different areas:

Quality Checkpoints Each project consists of several discrete stages or phases which serve as quality check points. At certain stages, progress and/or assignment deliverables are reviewed to ensure quality and appropriateness in comparison to the project scope/brief. These reviews are then discussed with the client and the assigned consultant or project team.

At project initiation, all deliverables are reviewed, discussed and agreed to ensure scope is adequately defined, the approach is reasonable and the staffing and time estimates are conclusive to a successful result.

In progress review, where at specific time intervals during a project, the review determines the degree to which real progress has been made, that issues are being resolved and that required milestones are being achieved.

Before any major report is delivered (not only the final product), it is reviewed prior to its release to ensure its completeness, adherence to standards and applicability to the original scope of the project.

Individual Quality Management For each project, a Principal of McDonnell- Phillips Pty Ltd is designated our Quality Assurance Manager. They provide an independent review of the work completed and in progress, and ensure that the overall quality of the analysis has been attained. Where required, they will use other Directors to perform the review. They are responsible for performing internal quality assurance reviews at agreed checkpoints throughout planning projects.
