 Danielle McDonnell

Danielle is the Manager of Consulting services for McDonnell-Phillips mangagement consultants.

She has extensive experience working with both the private and public sectors in a range of complex, multifaceted projects. Danielle possesses tertiary qualifications in Business (MBA), Education and Science, and is experienced in a number of disciplines including qualitative research, strategy development, planning and implementation, marketing, service delivery improvement and training.

 

 

 

 

 

   

General experience

Danielle has worked as a broad-based management consultant for over 12 years. Prior to founding McDonnell- Phillips with Mark Phillips, Danielle was a consultant with the Consultancy Bureau and Marketshare Pty Ltd.

She has worked for major research companies as well as for large service delivery organisations in Australia, Japan and Canada, and has also lectured and researched at a leading Queensland university. Danielle's breadth of experience, along with her research understanding offers a rigorous, yet practical perspective on business development.

Areas of experience

Danielle's areas of speciality include qualitative research, facilitation, operational audit and strategy formulation. She has been a senior focus group facilitator for over ten years and has trained a number of consultants in eliciting usable qualitative information. Danielle has also undertaken many projects consulting with CEOs, business and industry leaders.

Quantitatively, Danielle has extensive experience in survey and questionnaire design, field work supervision and quantitative analysis. She has particular strengths in translating data into actionable management information.
